Missions Trip

This Tuesday, we had our first meeting about the missions trip. It is going to be so much fun. Over 80% of the population in Cambodia is under 30, so there are lots of kids. While we're there, we'll probably spend alot of time working with children in the orphanages and schools. We'll be helping teach them English! I'm so excited... Its less than a month away.

Back to the Schedule

Tonight I'll be headed back to Centralia and all the craziness of GTC. I've really enjoyed being with my family and will miss them the minute I pull out of the driveway tonight. This month, I'll be finishing up my last Northwest class this year before heading off to Thailand and Cambodia next month. I'm really looking forward to the missions trip. It will be quite the adventure I'm sure. Hopefully we'll get to ride elephants...
I attended Mars hill last night with my brother and friend. I really enjoyed it and I plan on attending regularly when I move back in a couple months.

Spring Break

The past week has been a wonderful break from the craziness of GTC. I'm really enjoying being able to hang out with friends and relax. When I'm at GTC, I feel that I have to be careful or else I'll accidentally break a rule. At home, people simply don't care. So far, I've gone shopping, listened to a local jazz group, gone to college group, and hung out with several of my friends. I'm having so much fun, I'm really looking forward to this summer.
