American Idol

I started watching American Idol this season. I can see why its such a popular show. Some of the auditions are hilarious! Its interesting to see how many people think they have vocal talent who are dreadful singers. You'd think that with how bad some of them are, they would at least know that they aren't going to do well at the auditions let alone win. However, there are some extremely talented individuals as well. This guy is my favorite so far. He picked an awesome song too.

A Visit Home

I went home to Seattle Sunday night and all day Monday. I miss my family and friends sooooo much. I'm not a huge fan of Centralia. But hey, God knows what's best, right? Sometimes its frustrating to follow without knowing why he wants you to do something. I mean, I really wish I could stay in Seattle, but I really felt called to come here for the year. I just hope that it becomes more enjoyable as the year goes on... If not, at least I can still visit home every once in a while. It'd kill me to move any farther from home.

LIfe and love and lost

I love working! Tonight, I"ll be getting my first paycheck and I'm sooo happy. Also, Lifehouse is coming to Seattle next month, so I'm gonna try and make it work out to go. Its one of my days off, I'd just have to get an extended curfew. It would be super fun!
Sunday I'll be going on my first ministry trip, so that's pretty exciting. We're going to do a human video that we learned this week.

Northwest Weekend

Its been crazy this weekend. We have 9 hours of class crammed into 2 days. We are now taking Bible Interpretation and our new teacher is really cool. He's always cracking jokes and stuff.

New Job

I started my new job yesterday. I work for NGG Alpacas. Unlike people seem to think when I mention the business, I DO NOT scoop poop. I work in the office filing receipts and inputting the animals' information into the computers. I work Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays for a total of 10-12 hours a week.
