Computers
Wow, after church my dad, sibs, and I went to Frys to look at some computer stuff. My dad thinks I should get a new hard-drive for my computer. (I wouldn't know... I know nothing about computers) My computer however is too old to use any of the hard-drives they were selling though. When we started looking into it I realized that if I want my computer to be any good I'm going to just have to buy all new stuff. My dad and I like the little tiny computers which you buy as a barebone computer. However they are pretty expensive for me since they cost like $200 and don't have everything you need to run them. We were looking at a Shuttle model SK43G. Hopefully I can find one that I can afford.
I was supposed to go babysit tonight but all the familys I was going to babysit for were sick. Oh well, I guess I'll just hang around the house this evening...

Getting a good mini pc would be nice. But I don't think you would travel a lot with it so I would think that it sort of defeat the purpose...
There's not a huge reason for you to have a mini PC, as Justin says, because you don't travel with yours. If you decide that you would like to join us in our LAN parties I would see why you wouldn't want to carry around a 50 pound computer like my new one. So basically you'd get the small computer purely for the cosmetic factor which is fine if you want to spend the extra $200 it would otherwise cost you for an acceptable computer.
Well my room isn't all that big. So my dad and I were thinking that one of the mini one's would save a bit of space in my desk. Anyways it doesn't cost $200 more than a bigger one...
